Singita Game Reserve

Sabi Sand Wildtuin, Mpumalanga

Singita Game Reserve is located in the heart of the world renowned Sabi Sand Wildtuin. The reserve covers 6000 hectare of prime bushwillow woodland with Sand River frontage. In addition Singita has an extended traversing area of 12 000 hectares with neighbouring Londolozi which gives it access to one of the largest traversing areas in the Sabi Sands. Exclusivity for guests is always maintained as no more than three vehicles are allowed at a sighting and with a lower density of vehicles and lodges than many other areas in the Sabi Sands, sightings are never rushed.

Singita offers a very memorable safari experience with consistent lion, leopard and elephant viewing. The wildlife in general is relaxed around vehicles offering guests up close and personal encounters. The birding is good and the scenery is enthralling. Apart from game drives, an impressive assortment of activities is offered to guests from walking and cycling to archery and target shooting. One of Singita’s least sung praises is its active involvement in various social upliftment initiatives, where it greatly assists in various projects within its local community outside of the reserve’s borders.

There are three camps on the property:

Both Boulders and Ebony are situated adjacent to each other on the banks of the Sand River and have won numerous awards. Castleton Camp is an exclusive use homestead located elsewhere on the property offering small groups and families a private retreat.
